A total of 420 qualified beneficiaries from Bataan received financial assistance from the provincial government as part of the Iskolar ng Bataan Program. The distribution took place on August 21, with each beneficiary, who is either preparing for or has taken board and bar examinations, receiving PHP 5,000.

Bataan Governor Joet Garcia expressed satisfaction with the program, highlighting its role in helping students achieve their dreams and eventually contribute to their families and the community.

In his statement, Governor Garcia also took the opportunity to congratulate those who passed or excelled in recent board and bar examinations. The Iskolar ng Bataan Program is part of the provincial government’s ongoing efforts to support the education and career advancement of its residents.
